In order to ensure the quality and bonding strength of the coating, effective pretreatment before electroplating is the key to obtain high-quality coating, so the following standards are formulated:
Before electroplating the workpiece
After the workpiece is processed, the surface should be chamfered and deburred. Bumping and hitting are strictly prohibited.
Remove various macroscopic defects such as grease, cooling cutting fluid, burrs, rust, scratches, and oxide scales from the surface of the workpiece.
The workpiece shall no polishing or scratching phenomenon, and all workpieces that can be processed by machine tools shall be processed by machine tools.
All workpieces for drilling and tapping need to be chamfered.
After electroplating the workpiece
Conduct quality inspection on the workpiece, check for defects in the coating, etc.
Carefully package and handle to avoid damage during transportation and storage.
Centrally placed in the workshop, do a good job of protection, do not directly touch the ground.
All workpieces must not undergo secondary processing after electroplating.
During installation, avoid collisions and wear clean work gloves to ensure the cleanliness of the workpiece's appearance and prevent any appearance defects.

Extrusion mold
The material of the extrusion mold should be rust - resistant; and the molding size of the rubber strip and the height of each airbag should comply with the drawings/samples.
The standard requirement for extrusion molds is that there should be no repairs to ensure smooth processing of the front cover,The screw cap shall not be larger than the insert.
Extrusion die diameter: φ90-0.3mm, Customized according to customer requirements. The extrusion die uses slow wire.
Shaped mold
The cooling mold assembly is complete, with rounded chamfers, complete cooling holes, and stainless steel water nozzles.
The cooling die is coded (consistent with the extrusion die), the sealing ring is leak proof, and the fixing bolts are made of stainless steel.
Testing mold
Qualified rubber strips should be fully filled and free of gaps or wrinkles when passing through the inspection mold, ensuring smooth threading and chamfering.
Detect the die with the strip, and chamfer the strip to encode (consistent) glossiness.
Mold testing requirements:
Use SJ75 extruder for testing to ensure compression ratio.
Shipping packaging:
The extrusion mold is fixed with a paper tube, and all molds are tightly packaged to prevent rain and moisture, ensuring that the goods are intact during violent transportation by express delivery.
